Yoyo Loach (Botia almorhae)

Yoyo Loaches are full of personality and earned their name from the distinct patterns on their sides that often look like the letters Y and O. They are highly active bottom-dwellers that spend their day scouring every nook and cranny of the substrate for leftover food. While they can be a bit boisterous during feeding time, they are generally peaceful with tankmates of a similar size. These loaches are social animals and are much happier when kept in a group, where you can watch them interact and establish their own unique social hierarchy.
