Celebes Rainbowfish

These elegant fish bring a sophisticated look to the community tank with their translucent bodies and distinct, lemon-yellow finnage. Watching a male display is a highlight for any keeper; they hold their elongated dorsal and anal fins stiffly to catch the light and impress nearby females. They are active swimmers that prefer the upper layers of the water column and look their best when kept in a group. While they are peaceful, they do appreciate a bit of flow and very clean, well-oxygenated water to thrive long-term.
