Blue Ram

These cichlids typically reach a maximum size of around 2.5 inches. They are territorial and require a peaceful aquarium environment with plenty of hiding places, such as plants, rocks, and driftwood. A tank size of at least 20 gallons is recommended for a pair or small group.

Blue Ram Cichlids are omnivores and have a varied diet. They enjoy consuming flake food, live food (like brine shrimp or bloodworms), and frozen food. A balanced diet is essential to maintain their vibrant colors and overall health.

These fish are generally peaceful and compatible with other peaceful species. However, they can become aggressive, especially during breeding season, and should not be kept with aggressive or territorial fish. They are known for their beautiful coloration and interesting behavior, making them a popular choice for experienced aquarium hobbyists.
